Custom Artwork Guidelines

For best engraving results, please upload clear, high-resolution artwork in SVG, PNG, or JPG/JPEG format.

• Simple logos, black-and-white artwork, and clean line designs work best.

• Avoid blurry images, gradients, photographs, and overly intricate details.

• You must own or have permission to use any submitted artwork.

All artwork is subject to review for engraving suitability. Additional design fees may apply, with your approval before any extra charges.

Have artwork in PDF format? Please email your file to ridgewood.designs22@gmail.com and include
your name and order number.

Your Design, Your Approval

A PDF proof of your personalized engraving will be emailed to you for review and
approval before engraving begins. Please carefully review all names, initials, spelling, and engraving placement. Adjustments may be requested before approval.

Engraving will begin only after your approval is received.
